A rich and personalized orientation program
On arrival, each employee follows an orientation program that immerses them in the Group's culture: a welcome session conducted jointly by the manager and Human Resources, introduction of the teams, discovery of the premises, a program of meetings to quickly get to know their contacts and understand the operation of the Printemps Group, immersion in the store (depending on the position), orientation day... The goal is to create moments of discussion centered on the brand's values and to strengthen inter-team cohesion in a warm, creative atmosphere, in order to join the company in the best possible conditions.
