With an Executive MBA from HEC, Laëtitia began her career at Reebok in 2002, where she held the position of HR Director France until 2010. She continued her career in human resources at Cartier, successively holding the positions of HR Director and International Talent Development Manager in 2013, before moving into sales functions in 2017. Deputy Boutique Director, she will move to the United States in 2018 as Regional Retail Director and will be appointed Commercial Director in 2019. In 2021, back in France, Laëtitia joins Chloé as Retail Director Europe before being promoted to General Manager Europe in 2023.
Laëtitia joined the Printemps Group in 2025 and entered the Executive Committee as Chief Officer of Printemps Haussmann.
