This ranking is based on an extensive anonymous survey of over 100,000 employees across Europe, in all sectors. Participants were asked about their willingness to recommend their own employer to friends and family, and were also asked to rate other companies in their sector that they would be willing to recommend. In all, 4 million employer evaluations were taken into account.
This distinction is the result of our determination, from the outset, to make gender equality our guiding principle and inclusion our differentiating feature, thanks to our corporate culture, which is essentially people-oriented. A culture focused on the development of each individual at every stage of his or her professional life - because, for us, it all really begins in Spring.
