New Award for "My First Virtual Store"

At the 2022 Stratégies Awards for Customer Experience in Biarritz, Printemps won the silver prize for "My First Virtual Store" in the One-to-One Digital Marketing category.

 

This is a new award for the "Virtual Store", which offered visitors a new and unique shopping experience during a dreamlike 360° tour at the launch of its new brand platform on Printemps.com.


Directly integrated into the Printemps ecosystem, the virtual experience presents a 3D store accessible on the site from any browser, computer or smartphone. Each product has a description including the opinion of a personal shopper and is available for purchase online. The experience has attracted more than 5,000 new customers.


For over 10 years, the Stratégies Awards for Customer Experience have brought together and recognized the best practices and innovations in the field.
