A graduate of the French management school EM Normandie, Jean-Baptiste Dacquin, began his career as a consultant, first in HR at Michael Page International, then in management and organization at KPMG Consulting (1998 and 2000).
In 2000, he joined the Kiabi Group where he worked for eleven years, first as Recruitment and Career Manager, and as Regional Director from 2003 to 2005. He was International Franchise Director until 2008, before being appointed Director of Human Resources France until 2011 and then Affiliation Director.
Jean-Baptiste joined the SMCP (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, Fursac) Group in 2012, leading the Human Resources Department until 2019, when he was appointed General Manager of the brand Claudie Pierlot.
Jean-Baptiste Dacquin joined Printemps Group in January 2023 as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
