François-Xavier Dupont is a graduate of the Paris Institut Supérieur de Commerce (ISC). From 1981 to 1990, he was first Department Head, and then Director of the BHV department store in Paris. He joined the FNAC Group in 1991 and served as a store director in Rouen, Strasbourg and Paris (Etoile-Ternes) until 1996. He then became Regional Director of FNAC Ile-de-France.
In 2001, he joined the Printemps Group as Director of Printemps Haussmann. Since 2006, he has been Network, Affiliation and Development Director of the Group.
