A graduate of ESCP business school, Aymeric de Beco joined the Galeries Lafayette department store in 1987 as a purchasing and product manager (first in the stationery and gifts section, and later the men’s section). Five years later, he occupied similar functions at the Bon Marché department store, LVMH Group. In 1996, he became Group Head of Men's Products at Christian Dior Couture.
In 1999, he returned to the Bon Marché, first as the Deputy Director of the Group, and then as the Director of Balthazar, the men’s section of the store on Paris’ Left Bank.
In 2003, he joined the Printemps Group as Director of the men's market. He became the Director of the children’s ready-to-wear clothing market in 2005 and then served as the Deputy Director of the Group’s Central Purchasing Unit. In 2007, he was appointed Chief Merchandising Officer.
